The mission of the Wind River Family and Community Health Care Center is to provide primary care, traditional healing, preventive care, and wellness promotion to all members of the community as intended by the Creator.
Vision
The Wind River Family and Community Health Center respects the needs, values and beliefs of each individual with the goal of being recognized as a center of excellence, providing quality comprehensive and integrated health and wellness services for the Wind River Reservation.
Services
We provide multiple services to the community we serve including but not limited to: primary health care, pediatrics, behavioral health, pediatric dentistry, adult dentistry, orthodontics, optometry, pharmaceuticals, laboratory, radiology, transportation, case management, public health nursing, maternal child health nursing, trauma victim services, substance abuse services, school based mobile medical/dental/optometry units, traditional practices to wellness, occupational therapy, physical therapy, and speech therapy.
We believe in being the elite care provider for the Wind River Reservation by combining best standards of care with traditional healing, quality of care, and excellence. This combination results in better outcomes, longevity, and compassionate care for our community for years to come.
