ADDENDA

Addendum 1 (October 22, 2025):

  • TERO is NOT being enforced on this project as it is off reservation.
  • All countertops must be solid surface (not plastic laminate).
  • RX Will Call: Two sections of 4′-wide, 4-rod RX bag hanging systems required (Integralrx 4 Rod Bag System or RxShelving RXHR4806, qty 8 rods).

Addendum 2 (October 23, 2025):

  • Bid date extended to Monday, November 3, 2025, at 2:00 PM.
  • Notification of forthcoming Addendum No. 3.

Addendum 3 (October 27, 2025):

  • MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) is design-build scope.
  • GC to coordinate subcontractors retaining their own engineer of record.
  • Fully engineered MEP drawings are NOT provided in the base set.

Project Scope:
Selective interior demolition and reconstruction to create a new pharmacy in an existing medical facility.


REQUIREMENTS

Bid Security: 5% bid bond or certified check required

Bonds: Performance and Payment bonds required for selected bidder

Sales Tax: Project is tax-exempt. DO NOT include sales tax in bid amounts.

Bid Hold Period: Bids are irrevocable for 60 days
