JOB SUMMARY:

Serves as a member of the Behavioral Health Team in the outpatient clinic at the Wind River Family & Community Health Care Center.  Providing behavioral health treatment to individuals, families, and groups.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provides intakes, assessments, and treatment planning for patient care. 

Provides direct patient care to diagnose and treat patients with a wide range of psychiatric disorders, as well as perform mental health evaluations.

Provides clinical support for the Medical Department and provides consultation services on mental health matters to other WRFCHC professional and allied staff. 

Refer patients for admission to acute psychiatric inpatient settings when level of care cannot be provided in-house. Coordinates all such referrals and ensures provision of timely follow-up care as required.

Participates with other medical professionals in educating the community and medical staff on mental health issues, including crisis intervention.

Work to ensure that documentation requirements are met to maximize billing and provide best clinical practice. 

Complete all documentation within one week from the date the services were provided to maintain quality and productivity standards, update clinical record, including progress notes and other relevant information, and enters the necessary information into the electronic health record system. 

Collaborates with WHRFCHC and other Tribal departments for continuity of care.

Performs other duties as assigned to maintain and enhance the operation of the program.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Masters’ level education or higher in Social Work, Professional Counseling, Marriage, and Family Therapy

Licensed or Provisionally Licensed Behavioral Health Clinician (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, Licensed Psychologist, PPC, PMFT, PCSW)

Current licensure, or the ability to obtain the appropriate licensure within a reasonable amount of time (under the supervision of personnel currently in place) and has already passed the test required for licensure.

Must maintain strict confidentiality and high ethical standards in performing the position.

Must have the ability to work in a variety of settings with culturally diverse families and communities, with the ability to be culturally sensitive and culturally appropriate.

JOB OVERVIEW:

Psychologists will assist the Behavioral Health Department by providing both psychological evaluations and consulting to behavioral health clinicians as well as provide individual and group mental health therapy.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responds to referrals from the Behavioral Health and Medical Providers
Provide competent and prompt psychological evaluations to children, adolescent, and adult patients to facilitate the identifying of needed resources and determining treatment recommendations.
Provide psychological testing within their scope of practice and completes reports in timely manner.

JOB SUMMARY:

The Benefits Coordinator helps Wind River Family and Community Health Care (WRFCHC) patients navigate possible alternate resources, (health insurance, benefits, etc.) ensuring they receive appropriate care and coverage. They assist with eligibility, applications, and enrollment in various programs including Medicaid, Medicare, clinic purchased insurances, etc. This role also involves providing alternate resource education, referrals, and support to patients and their families.    

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Acts as an advocate for WRFCHC patients in securing alternate resources such as Medicare, Medicaid, Department of Veterans Affairs, State Programs, Third Party Liability, and Children’s Special Health Services.

Identifies patients who may be eligible for alternate resources through the effective utilization of pre-screening and interviewing methods.

Understand and recognize what programs each patient/family would be eligible for based on their unique circumstances.

Works closely with all WRFCHC departments in the identification and utilization of all alternate resources available to the patient population.

Helps patients complete applications for benefits and assists with enrollment processes.

Provides information and resources to patients about their benefits, coverage options, etc.

Connects patients with appropriate resources and support services.

Assists patients with eligibility renewals.

Maintains open communication with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure coordinated care.

Maintains accurate records of patient information, benefits, and eligibility status.

Ensures compliance with all applicable regulations and guidelines related to benefits administration.

Addresses any issues or concerns that may arise with patient benefits.

Advocates for patients and families for their needs within the complex healthcare systems.

Interviews patients using established criteria.

Stay current on different programs’ regulations and policies.

Respond to referrals from patient registration, Purchased Referred Care (PRC) and other departments/committees as needed.

Educates different WRFCHC departments on updates to programs (private insurance, Medicaid, Medicare, etc.)

Provides outreach, education, and assistance regarding alternate resource programs to patients and community members.

Timely alternate resource application follow up.

Notify pharmacy, business office, and PRC of approved alternate resources with effective date of coverage.

Prepare reports for supervisor and/or administration.

Documents patient eligibility, alternate resource approval/denial, screenings, application status in appropriate Electronic Health Record and/or spreadsheets.

Partner with local and tribal programs to provide outreach and education.

Works closely with the Social Security Administration on local and regional levels.

Works closely with the Tribal TANF and DFS to establish eligibility for alternate resources.

Works with Social Services and other entities that may assist in the development of registry of eligible patients.

Must be willing to travel to a patient’s residence for assistance in application completion.

Must be willing to become a Certified Application Counselor through ACA Marketplace.

Other duties as assigned to maintain and enhance the operation of the department.

QUALIFICATIONS:

High School Diploma or equivalent required.

An associate degree in health care, business or a related field preferred but not required.

Certification through CMS (Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services) preferred.

One year of medical office experience is preferred.

Experience and knowledge of third-party payers, statutes and regulations that impact eligibility for health insurance coverage.

Familiarity and understanding of health insurance.

Ability to be highly organized, display excellent time management skills, and be proactive.

Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) is preferred.

Must demonstrate knowledge of the State Medicaid program or the ability to learn the Wyoming rules and regulations pertaining to the Medicaid program. 

Ability to learn the EHR system and competency in computer programs, such as MS Word, Excel, and Google applications i.e., Google sheets, Gmail as well as use standard office equipment.

Knowledge of HIPAA standards.

JOB SUMMARY:

The Business Office Manager is responsible for the overall operations of the business office, including billing, collections, third party reimbursement, accounts receivable management, revenue cycle operations, and provider and tribal medicaid enrollment. This role ensures compliance with federal, state, and tribal policies and oversees the daily function of business office personnel to support financial sustainability and service excellence within Wind River Family and Community Health Care. 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage and supervise business office functions including billing, collections, reimbursement processes, provider enrollment and tribal medicaid. 

Develop and implement standard operating procedures to ensure billing compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, private insurance, and third-party payer requirements. 

Coordinates revenue cycle processes to improve cash flow and reduce days in accounts receivable.

Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) including billing errors, claim denials, and payment turnaround times.

Train, coach, and evaluate business office staff; delegate tasks and monitor performance to ensure high levels of accuracy and timeliness.

Collaborate with clinical, finance, and IT departments to streamline workflows and optimize EHR system usage.

Ensure compliance with HIPAA, Federal, State, and IHS/638 billing regulations, and internal financial policies.

Prepare and present financial operational reports to senior leadership on a monthly basis including patient financial statements and productivity reports.

Ensure all revenue sheet accounts are reconciled on a monthly basis and a system of internal controls are in place to facilitate a clean patient financial audit.

Identify and escalate complex billing or reimbursement issues to appropriate departments or leadership.

Participate in audits, inspections, and corrective action plans as required. 

Lead or support projects to improve reimbursement strategies, including payer contracting and denial management. 

Collaborate with the CFO in designing a system of responsible patient financial management and internal controls.

Maintains a thorough working knowledge of federal, state and managed care reimbursement payment methodologies, including: contractual accounting, payment calculations, billing requirements and compliance issues.

Establishes and maintains positive relationships with Federal and State administrators in promoting financial interests of the organization.

Supports and actively participates in programs to ensure continuous quality improvement and customer satisfaction.

Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism when dealing with patients, vendors, and internal staff. 

Other duties as assigned to maintain and enhance the operation of the department.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred

High School Diploma or equivalent with at least seven (7) years of increasingly responsible experience in a healthcare business office setting, including three (3) years in a supervisory or lead capacity, may be substituted in lieu of degree.

Experience with electronic health record systems preferred.

Knowledge of third-party billing, Medicare/Medicaid guidelines, and payer reimbursement processes.

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Must possess a valid driver license and be able to meet insurance standards; maintain insurability under WRFCHCs insurance program.

The custodian is responsible for ensuring a safe, clean, and healthy home environment for children residing in the Sacred Child program. This position plays a critical role in protecting the health and safety of children by implementing infection prevention practices, performing daily sanitation, and responding to any health-related cleaning needs within the home.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Perform daily cleaning and disinfecting of children’s rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, dining areas, and playrooms.

Implement infection control protocols that align with health and safety standards for residential child care settings.

Maintain high standards of sanitation in all areas where children live, eat, and play.

Respond promptly to illness outbreaks or biohazard situations to reduce risks to children’s health.

Safely handle and dispose of biohazard materials in compliance with infection control guidelines.

Monitor and restock cleaning supplies and ensure proper storage of cleaning chemicals.

Assist with training and educating staff on infection prevention practices that protect children.

Complete daily cleaning logs and documentation to demonstrate compliance with infection control expectations.

Collaborate with program leadership to adjust cleaning schedules or protocols as needed to meet children’s health needs.

JOB SUMMARY:

The Custodian will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness within Wind River

Family and Community Health Care’s (WRFCHC) facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy

environment for all occupants.

This position primarily  involves working the Evening & weekend shift at

the Riverton Clinic Friday through Monday & being a call in when short staffed.

 

Working Hours:

Part Time, 26-28 hours per week

Monday & Friday , 6 pm – 9:30 pm

Saturday & Sunday, 10 am – 9:30 pm

Occasional overtime may be required during peak periods

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Perform all assigned tasks in a professional manner to reflect the highest integrity of the

department to ensure the continuity and efficiency of patient care and daily operations.

Perform routine cleaning of exam rooms, nursing stations, offices, clinical areas, waiting

areas, lobbies, lounges, rest rooms, corridors, and stairways in a clean, neat, and sanitary

manner.

Perform routine cleaning of high traffic areas of walls, cabinet surfaces, tables, stands and

any other furniture and areas as directed.

Perform cleaning and maintenance of all floors: carpet, tile, brick, and concrete flooringH

Completes trash, biohazardous linens, and sharps container removal to appropriate

disposal area.

Maintain inventory of assigned areas cleaning supplies, paper products, and other

essential items required to keep all areas functioning.

Utilizes the appropriate chemicals, supplies, and cleaning techniques according to

procedure and manufacturers’ recommendation.

JOB SUMMARY:

The Dental Director position oversees and manages the operations of Wind River Family and Community Health Care’s dental practice focusing on patient care and staff management ensuring compliance and quality standards are met. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Supervisory:

Develops and writes the policy and procedures and standing operating basis for the Dental  Department in alignment with WRFCHC guidelines.

Participates in organizational meetings to develop new, modify existing and evaluate medical procedures relative to patient care with the objective of constantly improving and increasing the degree of patient care given to clients.

Maintain scheduling and timesheets of Dental staff  and set policy and standards for the department.

Oversees the daily workflow of the Dental department.

Complete Performance Evaluations and corrective action plans (when necessary) for those supervised.

Handles disciplinary action for the Dental staff in accordance with WRFCHC policy.

Make appropriate referrals to other specialists or services as needed.

Work to ensure that documentation requirements are met to maximize billing and provide best clinical practice.

Review monthly billing totals and find opportunities to help increase collections.

Maintains a staff of sufficient numbers to effectively provide quality care for patients of all ages.

Clinical:

Performs root canal therapy within scope of practice.

QUALIFICATIONS:

On-the-job training provided. The patient care technician provides safe and acceptable dialysis under the supervision of a registered nurse. Communicates with patients, families, and the health care team to provide services according to the patient care plan.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Performs basic patient care activities.

Observes patients and reports unusual conditions and/or reactions to RN.

Obtain blood samples for laboratory analysis as required to complete physician orders.

Perform duties at all times under the supervision of a Registered Nurse and within limitations established by and in accordance with company policy and procedures, applicable state and federal laws and regulations. 

Use appropriate safety measures, including personal protective equipment as necessary.

Clean, disinfect, and rinse dialysis machines in accordance with policy and procedures.

Prepare machines for hemodialysis treatments. 

Obtain pre and post treatment weights of patients per protocol. 

Safely initiate and terminate dialysis treatments per center protocol, and within scope of practice and as allowed by state regulations. 

Monitor patients during dialysis treatments. 

Mix acids and bicarbonate according to protocol. 

Complete water testing on a dialysis machines at the beginning of each treatment. Complete and document quality control logs throughout the day and after all treatments, as required.

Responds to the patient’s needs with compassion and concern.  

Participate in staff meetings as required, including in-service and continuing education that are offered for certifications.

JOB SUMMARY:

Under the collaboration of the Chief Medical Officer, the Same Day Medical Provider’s primary responsibility is to provide same-day care to patients of all ages presenting on the walk-in cue. Patient concerns range from medication refill requests to urgent needs related to injury and acute illness. A preference will be given to providers with strong procedural skills including splinting, suturing, incision and drainage of abscesses, toenail removal, fluorescein application for eye injury, joint injection, and experience in urgent care. Providers with experience in primary care are also preferred as this role requires a focus on ensuring each patient’s greater healthcare needs are met. A strong walk-in provider will identify and provide care related to chronic conditions, including ensuring follow-up with the primary care provider. 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provides primary care to patients, including histories, exams, lab tests, prescriptions, and referrals within prescribed up-to-date guidelines and protocols. 

Performs accurate and timely documentation of histories, subjective findings, physical exams, plans, and prescriptions with timely follow-up in EHR after the visit. 

Assures that health education is provided with each patient encounter when applicable. 

Provides patients with information concerning their evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, and prognosis. 

Engages patients in participation and decisions involving their healthcare. 

Provides counseling for patients on diet, hygiene, and preventative healthcare. 

Actively participates in quality improvement for clinic efficiencies and improving patient quality of care

Consult physicians or colleagues when needed for complicated cases that are outside of the scope of practice. 

Maintains and improves professional knowledge and skills by participating in seminars, accredited home study, in-service education and /or individualized preceptorship.  Maintains current clinical competence through self-study, review of professional journals, etc.

The Employee will participate and attend assigned organizational meetings and participate in performance improvement activities.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT:

The provider will see on average 10-15 patients per shift. Shifts are weekdays and weekends from Tuesday-Thursday 9A – 6P and Friday – Monday 9A-6P or 1P-11P. Each provider will work with the CMO and Medical Executive Assistant to select shifts that meet clinic staffing needs. Each provider can expect to work a minimum of 6-weekend shifts per month. Efforts will be made to have a primary location, though the provider can expect to float to other clinics to meet staffing needs. The provider will have 1 or 2 nurses on his or her team and will be responsible for triage, intake, provision of in-clinic needs, and follow-up. 

QUALIFICATIONS:

FNP: Graduate from an NP program accredited by the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education. Master’s degree or higher. Certification from the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners 

PA-C: Graduate from a PA program accredited by the Accreditation Review Commission on Education for the Physician Assistant. Certification from the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants

Permanent, current, full and unrestricted FNP or PA license in any state in the United States, Territory or District of Columbia. 

Current, full, and unrestricted DEA license.

JOB SUMMARY:

Telemedicine uses videoconferencing equipment to send and receive medical information and pictures. The Telemedicine Nurse facilitates this technology to serve patients who require specialized care in a distant community.

The Telemedicine Nurse will serve as a clinical resource and help to develop, implement, evaluate and design Telemedicine workflows and measures to ensure optimal integration into delivery of care and service. 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Demonstrates competency in knowledge and skills of Telemedicine Nurse and site coordination roles.

Informs and updates providers and staff of services available through Telemedicine.

Provides specialist site with any necessary information.

Follows the referral process/coordinates appointments with specialist, patient, and clinical site.

Facilitates equipment set-up and indicated quality control activities in preparation for appointment.

Provides follow-up:

Sees that requested lab/tests are ordered and results are sent to specialist.

Schedules follow-up appointments, ensures referrals are sent.

Promote the use of essential clinical preventive and treatment services for communicable diseases.

Provide prevention promotion services and evidence-based interventions for HIV, STIs, HBV, HCV, and TB.  

Identify strategies and provide technical assistance to increase uptake of established HIV, STIs, HBV, HCV, and TB best practices.

Develop strategies to help healthcare staff serving WRFCHC populations to improve HIV, STDs, HBV, HCV, and TB related practices.

Become familiar with HIV, STD, HBV, HCV, TB, and Indigenous population related Project ECHO programs.

Develop “action kits” and other relevant educational materials for healthcare staff and healthcare programs serving WRFCHC populations.

JOB OVERVIEW:

Maintains effective working relationships with patients/families, referral sources, physicians, community resources and insurance representatives.

Must complete and maintain certification for lactation consultant and national passenger safety technician within the 60 days of employment.

JOB SUMMARY:

The Purchased Referred Care (PRC) Director will oversee the PRC department to provide support and technical assistance to Administration on matters involving PRC including medical, surgical, dental, hospital, and clinical services to all eligible beneficiaries in conjunction with or in lieu of services performed at local Tribal healthcare facilities. The incumbent shares responsibilities for program planning, development, administration, management, operation, and evaluation of a comprehensive PRC program. The PRC Director will perform difficult and complex assignments which vary in scope and encompass a variety of program activities. This role requires strong customer service, leadership, coaching, organization, communication, complex analytical and problem solving skills. 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Design, implement, and manage the PRC program that addresses the specific specialty healthcare needs of the Wind River Reservation.

Provides leadership and oversight to the PRC program and teams.

Ensures development of PRC initiatives to improve patient satisfaction and family centered care.

Collaboration with other internal departments and external specialty vendors for PRC program initiatives. 

Leads and/or serves on a variety of appropriate internal and external committees to represent Wind River Family and Community Health Care (WRFCHC) PRC program.

 Reviews, analyzes, and summarizes pertinent financial, statistical, and program data.

Develops yearly PRC spending plan to maximize the funds allocated to PRC for each Fiscal Year.

Maintains weekly fund status reports to provide current PRC funding level to Administration.

Prepares monthly reconciliation reports, identifies and corrects discrepancies on payments and adjustments.

Responsible for reporting of Catastrophic Health Emergency Fund (CHEF) cases, working closely with PRC staff, medical staff, IHS office staff, and Claims Management Program to report, manage, and monitor high cost cases funded through the CHEF program.

Monitors all unpaid open documents (pended) received from Claims Management Program, working closely with the vendors and providers to resolve.

Provides administrative and technical supervision to the PRC department staff by preparing schedules, assigning work based on needs of the department, advising, coaching, or issuing disciplinary action, and completing evaluations per WRFCHC Human Resource’s policy.

Develops, coordinates and integrates operational plans in accordance with approved policies and directives pertinent to the administration and management of the WRFCHC PRC program requirements (eligibility, payer of last resort, residency, etc.)

Prepare and present reports on program progress to executive management.

Research, develop, write, update, and implement PRC policies, standard operating procedures, competencies, and checklists in compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and organizational standards.

Participates in the weekly PRC referral review committee meetings.

Works with supervisor/CEO in establishing vendor contracts for Medicare Like Rate (MLR) agreements.

Reviews walk-through (emergent) referrals on an as needed basis. Approves or denies referrals based on administrative eligibility criteria. 

Establishes and maintains mechanisms for assuring that patients register for benefits for which they may be eligible to ensure WRFCHC PRC program is a payer of last resort for referred services.

Manages appeals and denials at the local (WRFCHC) level with assistance from the PRC staff. 

Assists with compiling training materials regarding the PRC process for internal and external stakeholders. 

Trains vendors, interdisciplinary staff/departments on the PRC process, regulations, administrative processes, and other training needs.

Engages staff and other stakeholders in continuous improvement of systems and processes; manages resources for staff participation in improvement of PRC department work activities.

Responsible for timekeeping of designated PRC staff in accordance with WRFCHC Policies and Procedures.

Assist with hiring procedures and interviews of new staff for the PRC department.

Assists with presentations on PRC program requirements to patients, vendors, other agencies, and the general public as needed to ensure thorough understanding of the PRC program.

Other duties as assigned to maintain and enhance the operation of the department.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Knowledge of WRFCHC/Tribal organizational structure and operating policies. Understands the overall purpose of Tribal health care program effectiveness to meet the needs of IHS beneficiaries.

Knowledge of IHS and other federal regulations, policies and procedures that govern the administration of the PRC program.

Knowledge of the theories, principles, practices, and techniques of program planning, implementation, and evaluation.

Knowledge of supervisory methods and procedures. 

Knowledge of current health care issues and emerging trends of the public and private health care industry.

Knowledge of the principles, practices, and techniques of health care financing, contracting and administration; including coordination of benefits, medical services and contracts and agreements.

Knowledge of available resources in local, regional, and national levels. 

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the health care field, with a preferred focus on tribal or underserved communities.

Preferred associates or bachelor’s degree in health care administration or related field. 

Experience working in an integrated healthcare delivery system.

Must possess a valid driver license and be eligible for coverage under WRFCHC auto insurance policy.

Certified Addiction Practitioner (CAP) is a person certified to practice addictions treatment, prevention, intervention, diagnosis, referral and follow up under the supervision of a qualified clinical supervisor.

Completes Addiction Severity Index (ASI) assessment to determine appropriate ASAM Level of Care.

Develops individualized treatment plans with patients based on ASI assessment and ASAM Level of Care Recommendations.

Conducts individual, group, and family substance abuse therapy with patients based on ASAM Level of Care Recommendations.

Completes case management tasks as necessary.

Completes necessary documentation according to CARF accreditation and 3rd party payer standards.

Completes paperwork requirements to maintain quality, up-to-date records, including progress notes and other relevant information, enter the necessary information into the electronic health record (EHR) system, ACCUCARE.

Ensure all clinical documentation, services and issues will be reviewed with a designated qualified Clinical Supervisor a minimum of 1 hour per week for 20 hours of direct clinical care.

JOB SUMMARY:

The Licensed Substance Abuse Provider provides professional services to individuals and groups with substance use disorders; these persons may practice independent of supervision, unless provisionally licensed, in which case they will be assigned a clinical supervisor.  This position may be located at either Riverton, Arapahoe or Ethete offices.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provides services based on scope of practice of Licensure including, but not limited to, addition     prevention, crisis intervention, diagnosis, referral, direct treatment, and follow-up treatment which is rendered to individuals, families, groups and/or organizations who are adversely affected by addictions or related disorders. 

Interviews clients and families to complete an assessment tool such as Addiction Severity Index (ASI) and will develop an individualized treatment plan

Applies therapies and interventions to address patients’ cognitive and behavioral impairment by counseling clients, individually and in group sessions, to assist in overcoming dependencies, adjusting to life and making changes. . 

Clinical supervision of Certified Addiction Practitioner (CAP) and Certified Addiction Practitioner Assistants (CAPA), acting as a mentor, if Licensed;

 Provide coverage for Clinical Coordinator when needed. 

Ensure all clinical documentation, services and issues will be reviewed with a designated qualified Clinical Supervisor a minimum of 1 hour per week for 20 hours of direct clinical care.

Adheres to NAADAC Code of Ethics, as well as the Wind River Family and Community Health Care and White Buffalo Recovery Center policies and procedures.

Stive to maintain client centered practices by integrating family and positive support systems by maintaining professional standards of conduct, and model recovery type behavior.

Other duties as assigned to maintain and enhance the operation of the Department.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Completed a graduate degree program with concentration on addictionology, chemical dependency, or substance abuse from an educational institution accredited by one of the regional or national institutional accrediting bodies recognized by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA)

Knowledge of the field of addictions treatment in general by passing a standard examination which may be written or situational, as the board prescribes. 

Knowledge of confidentiality rules and regulations including HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2

Must have 2 years of continuous sobriety from drugs and/or alcohol.

Must possess a valid driver license and meet insurance standards and maintain insurability under WRFCHCs insurance program.

Must be able to pass a criminal background check under the Indian Child Protection Act and Family Act (P.L.101-630).

JOB SUMMARY:

The Substance Abuse Technician is responsible for the direct supervision of the residents in the Transitional Home.  Substance Abuse Technicians will provide a safe, trauma informed, supportive environment for all residents. 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Accurately report incidents or any behavior that includes significance on provided forms.

Assists and supervises clients with preparation of meals, scheduling appointments, chores, community service and other activities such as providing transportation as needed. 

Communicate difficulties and/or concerns regarding client’s behaviors to the supervisor as appropriate.

Conduct alcohol and drug screening in conjunction with visits and employment as well as compliance room checks and inspection of all resident’s property. 

Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations including certifying agency standards. 

Completes paperwork requirements to maintain quality, up-to-date records, including progress notes and other relevant information, enter the necessary information into the electronic health care record (EHR) system. ACCUCARE

Maintain professional standards of conduct, and model positive recovery type behavior.

Adhere to NAADAC Code of Ethics, as well as policies and procedures.

Attend all mandatory training and staff meetings.

Provide coverage assistance to co-workers to ensure supervision of residents at all times.

QUALIFICATIONS:

JOB SUMMARY:

This position provides transportation needs for residents to and from appointments. Hours vary week to week, depending on the needs of the residents.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Transport residents safely in the company vehicle from the Recovery Home to appointments and other venues as assigned.

Wear seat belt always, no texting, email or talking on cell phone while the company vehicle is in motion.

Ensure all transport is properly documented on the mileage log sheet. Cleans and services the company vehicle with fuel.

Inspects company vehicles for defects before and after trips and reports any issues to the Administrative Manager..

 Time management, creating routes that will accommodate appointments and activities.

Treat residents, family members, visitors, and team members with dignity and respect.

Ensure communication with staff to maintain the quality care of the resident.

 Redirecting and reporting residents to the Transitional Manger if rules are broken.

Maintain the confidentiality of all resident and family information.

Completes paperwork requirements to maintain quality, up-to-date records, including progress notes and other relevant information, enter the necessary information into the electronic (EHR) system, ACCUCARE.
