Community Engagement

Community Engagement

As an organization, we believe that community engagement and working collaboratively with the patients we serve produces better health outcomes and healthier lives. The process of working with and through groups of our patients affiliated by geographic proximity, special interest, and similar situations helps to address issues affecting the well-being of our people. It is necessary and powerful to bring environmental and behavioral changes that improve the health of our community. It involves partnerships, resources, and influential people to change relationships, practices, policies, and programs.
