Wind River Family & Community Health Care is seeking applicants for the position of Facilities/Construction Manager, (F/CM). Wind River Family & Community Health Care provides ambulatory health care for the service population of the Wind River Reservation. This position, F/CM serves as a member of the Administrative Department, with direct supervision exercised by the CEO, located in Riverton, Wyoming.
The F/CM collaborates with the Executive leadership team, managers and supervisors, to support Wind River Family and Community Health Care clinics’ quality improvement, risk management and strategic performance objectives through data analysis, processing outcome evaluation and other rapid cycle improvement methods. This position requires detailed understanding of the business and skillful use of the techniques and system design, project management, quality improvement, outcome measurement and statistical analysis to enhance WRFCHCs’ performance and achievement of the organization's goals.
This position is responsible for the overall management of the WRFCHC facilities management, to include inspecting, maintaining and repairing mechanical, electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems to ensure optimal operating results.
The successful candidate will oversee the company's facilities operations, manage staff, manage office moves, and other assigned duties, all while remaining in compliance with local state and federal regulations.
The F/CM will coordinate system repairs and monitor system performance, maintain adequate parts inventory and order items as necessary.
The F/CM will manage, oversee and monitor contractor activities to ensure work undertaken meet design specifications and quality requirements, OHSA and environmental obligations and is completed within the programmed project expectations.
The successful candidate will maintain effective working relationships with authorities to ensure project outcomes meet authority expectations, and will also ensure that the organization is kept informed of the progress of projects, potential delays and critical issues that may impact costs.

Ability to read and understand complex electrical, mechanical and automation systems.
A working knowledge of electrical, mechanical and HVAC systems.
Excellent project manager skills.. Solid experience in construction contract management.
Extensive knowledge of construction practices, processes and protocol.
Demonstrated experience with relevant authorities and contractors.
Ability to resolve design and/or contractual conflicts and satisfactorily negotiate appropriate outcomes.
Education and Experience:
Five (5) plus years in facilities/construction management , with demonstrated leadership skills.
Experience working with/for local and Federal government preferred, with a sound familiarity with the local processes and authorities concerning all phases of new construction and/or renovation.
