Wind River Family & Community Health Care is seeking applicants for the position of Executive Assistant to Deputy Chief Executive Officer. Wind River Family & Community Health Care provides ambulatory health care for the service population of the Wind River Reservation. The Executive Assistant serves as a member of the administrative team, for the Wind River Family & Community Health Care.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Produces information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying and transmitting text, data and graphics.
Conserves Supervisors time by reading, researching and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information and initiating telecommunications for personnel to include, but not limited to the Deputy Chief Executive Officer, Clinical Nursing Administrator.
Maintains Supervisors appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences.
And all other duties assigned.
Welcomes guests and customers by greeting them, in person or on the telephone, answering or directing inquiries.
Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
Prepares reports by collecting and analyzing information.
Provides historical reference by developing and utilizing filing and retrieval systems.
Recording Governing Board and Supervisor meeting discussions and keeping the minutes of said meetings.
Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Administrative Assistant, AAS or Certifications equivalent to AAS may be applicable.
At least 10 years experience
Current and valid State of Wyoming drivers’ license
Must be insurable: i.e. no DWUI convictions within the last five years
Provide a current 5 year DMV printout for violations
Knowledge of Google, Windows, Microix, and Excel
The incumbent must maintain strict confidentiality and high ethical standards in performing the position. The incumbent needs to be respectful, possess cultural awareness and sensitivity, be flexible, and demonstrate sound work ethics. The Executive Assistant position will require excellent writing and reporting skills, scheduling, a high degree of organizational ability and time management skills, along with good verbal communication skills.
